Welcome to Virrora. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

• We make every effort to display product colors accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• All items are ready-to-wear (stitched). Sizes are as per our size chart.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after ordering, we'll inform you and offer an alternative or cancellation.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, our team may confirm it via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please stay reachable.

Exchange

• Please review our 7-Day Exchange Policy. We offer exchange only, no cash refunds.

Conduct

• Repeated order refusals or false COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
